One really nice thing that Square Hostel Provide on their Map/Pamphlet was some food from the Xian area.

This is not an impressive looking meal but I loved it. It was a simple toasted Chinese bread with Chinese sausage and some spices I did not recognize. It was super cheap and I had to keep going back for more. Yum.
